Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products.
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions define the rules for placing orders, payment, and delivery between the website https://supraw.com and the customer.
2. Products
All products offered are subject to availability.
Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur.
Supraw reserves the right to modify or remove products at any time.
3. Orders
An order is finalized after confirming the shopping cart and providing the necessary information (personal details, address, payment).
It is mandatory to accept these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
Placing an order constitutes a sales contract, subject to product availability.
A confirmation email will be sent after the order is accepted.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery, payable by the customer.
Secure payment via Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, with SSL encryption.
The customer confirms that they are the legal holder of the payment card used.
In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the payment commitment is irrevocable.
5. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Applicable shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on peak periods, public holidays, customs formalities, or events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer occurs upon handover of the products to the carrier.
In case of an incorrect address, Supraw cannot be held responsible for loss or delays, and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification and without penalties, except for return shipping costs.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including the order number.

Products must be intact (unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, with tags intact).
7. Warranties and After-Sales Service
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code).

Supraw undertakes to provide repair, exchange, or refund in accordance with the law.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, technology) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, commercial use, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
9. Liability
Supraw is not responsible for losses or damages related to force majeure, third-party actions, or attributable to the customer.
Delivery times are indicative, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of Supraw (Toulouse, France).
